Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Kestor subscriptions and related paid services.

Kestor may offer monthly and annual subscription plans.

Unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout, subscriptions start immediately and do not include a free trial.

If your purchase was processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and merchant of record for that transaction.

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase.

For subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or within 14 days of any renewal charge.

After the 14-day refund window ends, payments are non-refundable.

However, Kestor may approve refunds outside the 14-day window at its discretion.

How to request a refund

If your purchase was processed through Paddle, use the receipt link or subscription management link in your purchase confirmation email to request a refund or manage your subscription.

You can also contact Paddle buyer support through paddle.net for refund or cancellation requests related to Paddle-processed purchases.

If you purchased directly from Kestor outside Paddle, contact kestor.team@gmail.com.

Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals.

Cancellation stops future billing and does not by itself create a refund outside the 14-day refund window.

We may refuse refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests.
